Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be charged the equivalent of one night's room rate. This applies to all room types including Suite, Deluxe, and Standard.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date and do not notify the hotel will be considered a no-show. No-shows are charged the full amount of the first night's room rate. Any remaining nights in the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Group Bookings

Reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to separate cancellation terms as specified in the booking confirmation or corporate MOU. Group cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice.

OTA Bookings

Reservations made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policy displayed on that platform at the time of booking. These may differ from our direct booking policy. For the most flexible cancellation terms, we recommend booking directly through our website or by contacting us.

Force Majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the guest's control — including but not limited to flight cancellations by the airline, natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or medical emergencies — Hotel Five Rivers will work with the guest to reschedule the booking or provide a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation timeline. Documentation may be requested.
