Check-In Time

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Rooms are prepared and inspected between the previous guest's departure and your arrival to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

Early Check-In

Early check-in is available subject to room availability. If you require early check-in, please inform us at the time of booking or contact the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Early check-in before 10:00 AM may incur an additional charge equivalent to 50% of the nightly room rate. Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, early check-in is complimentary when available.

Check-Out Time

Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Please return all room keys to the front desk upon departure.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. The following charges apply:

• Check-out between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM: Complimentary (subject to availability)
• Check-out between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM: 50% of the nightly room rate
• Check-out after 6:00 PM: Full additional night charged

Late check-out requests should be made at the front desk or by calling us at least 4 hours before the standard check-out time.

ID Requirements

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC for Pakistani nationals, passport for foreign nationals) at the time of check-in. This is a legal requirement under Pakistani hospitality regulations. A copy of the ID will be retained for our records.

Payment at Check-In

Full payment for the stay is required at check-in unless a corporate billing arrangement (MOU) is in place. We accept cash (PKR), bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. A security deposit may be requested for incidental charges.

Airport Shuttle

Complimentary airport pickup and drop-off is available for all guests. Please provide your flight details at least 4 hours in advance so we can arrange a driver to meet you at the arrivals terminal. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to arrange.
