Your personal information is used to process and manage your reservation, communicate with you about your booking, comply with legal requirements (including guest registration mandated by Pakistani law), send you booking confirmations and receipts, and improve our services based on guest feedback.

Third-Party Sharing

Your information may be shared with payment processors to complete transactions, government authorities as required by Pakistani law (guest registration), OTA platforms through which you booked (limited to information necessary for the reservation), and our property management system provider (HotelRunner) for operational purposes.
