Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation at Hotel Five Rivers, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors to the property, regardless of the booking channel used.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure a booking. Room rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to 16% General Sales Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Rates displayed on our website are the most current and may differ from third-party platforms.

Guest Conduct

Hotel Five Rivers reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to vacate the premises if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of Pakistani law. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise after 11:00 PM, damage to hotel property, harassment of staff or other guests, and any illegal activity on the premises.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account. A damage assessment will be conducted and documented before any charges are applied.

Liability

Hotel Five Rivers is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in rooms, public areas, or vehicles parked on the premises. We strongly recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and dining areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. A cleaning surcharge of PKR 5,000 will be applied if evidence of indoor smoking is found in a guest room.

Children & Extra Beds

Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge when sharing the existing bedding with parents. An extra bed or crib may be available upon request at an additional charge. Maximum occupancy limits per room type must be observed.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises. Service animals are accommodated in compliance with applicable regulations — please inform us at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to a stay at Hotel Five Rivers shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

Hotel Five Rivers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that reservation. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date noted above.
